ખટમીઠાં સપનાઓ ભૂરાં ભૂરાં કુંવારા સોળ વરસ તૂરાં તૂરાં અમે ધુમ્મસના દરિયામાં એવાં ડૂબ્યાં. કે હોડી-ખડક થઈ અમને નડ્યાં.

ક્યાં છે વીંટી અને કયાં છે રૂમાલ? ઝૂરવા કે જીવવાનો ક્યાં છે સવાલ?

કૂવો ભરીને અમે એટલું રડ્યાં કે ખોબો ભરીને અમે મોહી પડ્યાં.

સુરતની વર્ષોજૂની એવી સાર્વજનિક એજ્યુકેશન સોસાયટીમાં હજારો વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સારી સવલત મળી રહે એ હેતુથી નવા પ્રોજેક્ટો શરૂ કરવાના પ્રયાસો પણ હાથ ધરાઇ રહ્યા છે. જે અંતર્ગત હવે સોસાયટીના કેમ્પસમાં જ અધધધ ૩૧ કરોડ રૂપિયાના ખર્ચે અત્યાધુનિક સુવિધા સાથેનું બોય્ઝ હોસ્ટેલ બનશે. ૧૩ માળની હોસ્ટેલમાં વાઇફાઇ, સીસીસીટીવી, એસી રૂમ સહિતની સુવિધા અપાશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સુવિધા ખાતર સોસાયટીના લાખેણા પ્રોજેક્ટનું મંગળવારે કથાકાર મોરારિબાપુના હસ્તે ભૂમિપૂજન કરાયું હતું.

૧૦૦ વર્ષ પૂરા કરનારી સાર્વજનિક એજ્યુકેશન સોસાયટીમાં હાલ એક બોય્ઝ અને બે ગર્લ્સ હોસ્ટેલ છે. સોસાયટી કેમ્પસમાં જ એમટીબી કોલેજના પાછળના ભાગે આવેલી બોય્ઝ હોસ્ટેલમાં હાલમાં ૩૭૦ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને રહેવાની સુવિધા મળી રહી છે. જ્યારે બે ગર્લ્સ હોસ્ટેલમાં ૭૦-૭૦ મળીને ૧૪૦ને આશરો અપાઇ છે. આ સિવાય કેટલીક વિદ્યાર્થિનીઓ માટે અલાયદી સુવિધા કરાઇ છે. જોકે, સોસાયટીને હોસ્ટેલને વર્ષો થઇ જવાની સાથે જ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના હિત, સુવિધાને ધ્યાનમાં લઇને નવી હાઇટેક હોસ્ટેલ બનાવવાનું નિર્ધારિત કરાયું છે. સોસાયટીના ચેરમેન કશ્યપ મહેતાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, જૂની બોય્ઝ હોસ્ટેલની બાજુમાં જ ૧૩ માળની કોલેજમાં ૭૫૦ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને રહેવાની સુવિધા હશે. તેમાં વાઇફાઇ, સિક્યોરિટી, સીસીટીવી સહિત પ્રથમ બે માળ એસી બનાવવાની વિચારણા પણ થઇ રહી છે. જ્યારે પોસ્ટ ગ્રેજ્યુએટ સહિતના સ્ટુડન્ટ માટે સિંગલ સિટરની વ્યવસ્થા હશે. તે માટે ટેન્ડરની સ્ક્રૂટીની ચાલી રહી છે. ત્રણ વર્ષમાં પ્રોજેક્ટ પૂરો થઇ જશે.

Since i believe in open source software development, i have decided to ignore above mentioned media Centers from Microsoft and Apple and Other sources, and rather chose two open source Medial Centers, Plex and Kodi ( Earlier Known As XBMC),

This Entire Episode Raises Some questions, While timing of this Is Questionable, This leak is exactly timed after Delhi Election where first time in from last year BJP seems to be on Back foot and Most Probably Narendra Modi, Wont be winning, At this time with Weakened BJP it is needless to Say that there is Political Uncertainty in Large State Like Bihar, 

Another Question is Name Involved in this Leaks are to big and Amount Corresponding to them are to small, For Example Mukesh Ambani has Mainitained Balance of 26 odd Millions in Swiss Bank for Long and same is with his Brother Anil Ambani, and Both of them has their original address in their account, Now this is No Fool who would like accumulate Illigitimate Money would do so, Also For Ambanis, 26 Million USD is Like Pocket Change, they would certainly not be interested in keeping those accounts for tax evasion purposes, 

Even with Special investigation Team Investigating those charges, it will take time to Actually find reality, In case it is ever disclosed, it would be very hard for BJP, In the wake of AAP Gaining Majority in Delhi Elections, To Convince Voters about their intention in Black Money, it has become Catch 69 Situation for BJP, If they go all out and try to Convince Voters that they are Investigating the charges then it will be interpreted as they have been sitting over this for last few months, and if they choose not to comment then it means that they are in coalition with these entities, 

however in both ways, BJP has to Lose, and in wake of Bihar Election this means that BJP will not support Current Chief Minister Manjhi or neither Be able to Remain Silent on Development in Bihar Assembly, or Try to Create environment for new election in Bihar, 

All in All it BJP who will be Defending, 

Stray Dogs

I found Six Pups Roaming around my house and were unattended they were small and must be aged at 1 month, were starving for food and water. and clearly suffering from Mal Nutrition and on the verge of Collapsing. These dogs were stray dogs. I gave them food and water for several days hoping that once they grow up, they would go find their own living.

But then One pup was over run by traffic, at that point i realized issue of stray dogs and what can be done.

Stray dogs usually living in urban population are not attacking by nature and does not bite, However they are prone to rabies and other diseases and can transmit same to humans.

there are many issues concerning this but there is no positive movement to help stray dogs. as a human we should do something to help stray dogs.

I was able to find some homes for pups, and i adopted one pup photographed above.

there are organizations who helps to resolve stray dog issue like WSD who would use humanitarian methods for stray dogs issue rather then Mass Killing,

In the first half of the book, Dr. Berne introduces transactional analysis as a way of interpreting social interactions. He describes three roles or ego-states, the Child, the Parent, and the Adult, and postulates that many negative behaviors can be traced to switching or confusion of these ego-states. Dr. Berne discusses procedures, rituals, and pastimes in social behavior, in light of this method of analysis. For example, a boss who talks to his staff as a controlling parent will often engender self-abased obedience, tantrums, or other childlike responses from his employees.

The second half of the book catalogues a series of mind games, in which people interact through a patterned and predictable series of "transactions" which are superficially plausible (that is, they may appear normal to bystanders or even to the people involved), but which actually conceal motivations, include private significance to the parties involved, and lead to a well-defined predictable outcome, usually counterproductive. The book uses “Boy, has he got your number” and other casual phrases as a way of briefly describing each game. Often, the "winner" of a mind game is the person that returns to the Adult ego-state first.

It is important to note that not all interactions or transactions are part of a game. Specifically, if both parties in a one-on-one conversation remain in an Adult ego-state, it is unlikely that a game is being played.
